Anne Lee Dellastatious was born in Leesburg, Florida on January 4, 1930, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Chester Lee. She passed away Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

She attended Florida State for three years, but was a true Gator at heart. She spent her last collegiate year at the University of Florida, where she met the love of her life. She was married to Joseph William Dellastatious on December 20, 1950.

Anne Lee Dellastatious was born in Leesburg, Florida on January 4, 1930, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Chester Lee. She passed away Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

She attended Florida State for three years, but was a true Gator at heart. She spent her last collegiate year at the University of Florida, where she met the love of her life. She was married to Joseph William Dellastatious on December 20, 1950.

She taught at Ashley Hall School for Girls in Charleston, S.C. where she remains many of her students' favorite teacher. After moving to Winston Salem, North Carolina, she was an administrative assistant for two periodontists. In 1990, Anne and Bill moved to Jackson, TN where they found First Presbyterian Church and friends they loved. In all three cities, Anne was "a good and faithful servant " in each of their Presbyterian churches. She served in many areas and was always willing to help in any way she could.

She is survived by her husband of sixty-six years, Bill Dellastatious, her daughters: Rosanne Dellastatious Grimball of Mount Pleasant, S.C.; Cynthia Dellastatious Pfaff of Granby, Connecticut; four grandchildren: Margaret Grimball Daniel (Brian); Andrew Sinclair Grimball; Taylor Dellastatious Pfaff (Kelsey), and Madison Grace Pfaff. She is also survived by one great granddaughter, Anne Frances Daniel.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at 2 p.m. in the sanctuary at First Presbyterian Church of Jackson. The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 18, 2017 from 1-2 p.m. in Memorial Hall on the grounds of First Presbyterian Church.
